canal viewluggage assistance
i enjoyed the location away from busy areas. it was still close enough to walk to the main areas. our canal view room was spacious. breakfast had a great choice to suit everyone.
the location wasn't central. it was like a 30 minute walk to the town center. there was no bell boy to help with luggage.

the front desk staff greeted us and offered a beverage. our luggage was already waiting in our canal view room. the hotel is near the bus terminal and car park. it is situated in a quiet area.
the location is not central. it is a 30 minute walk to the town center.

decent stay but some issues arose

The location wasn't ideal. i found myself walking quite a bit to get to main attractions. the absence of a bellboy was noticeable. I had to manage my luggage alone. breakfast service was nice, but i had higher expectations.

bell serviceunfriendly staff
The lack of bell service was a bit of a surprise. I had to manage luggage myself and I found this somewhat inconvenient. The front desk staff could perhaps try smiling at some point. It is not difficult yet it seems like it would be much to ask for. the walk to the main attractions seemed longer than advertised.
